Through Spanish Language instruction, our schools seek to build bridges between students, provide academic challenges and offer cultural enrichment. Each elementary school takes a different approach: Bay View offers bi-lingual classes, a Two-Way Immersion program is housed at DeLaveaga Elementary, Gault provides Spanish instruction while English learners receive intensive support and Westlake offers optional enrichment classes. Our middle schools offer a challenging yearlong Spanish 1 elective and all high schools incorporate Spanish in their World Language programs.
