Welcome to Illuminate's Parent Portal Page!

An Illuminate Parent Portal account is required for at least one legal guardian of every student in the district. The Parent Portal gives parents the ability to check on their student’s attendance, schedule, grades and assignments, communicate directly with teachers, and complete forms required for enrollment, athletics, etc..  It should be noted that students will not be enrolled into classes until all Back to School forms have been completed for the upcoming academic year. Back to School forms are available in the Parent Portal between May and the day before school begins in August.

If you currently have an Illuminate Parent Portal account, you may log in by clicking the link below (your username will be the email address you used to create your account.  If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link in the Portal)

IMPORTANT!: THIS FORM IS FOR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIANS OF STUDENTS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A SCCS SCHOOL. Please fill out and submit this form to request an authorization code to access the Illuminate Parent Portal. If you have more than one student in the district please fill out the form for only one; the current siblings and siblings enrolling for the upcoming school year will be automatically connected by the system.

If you are pre-registering a sibling of a current SCCS student, you may do so in your parent portal using the Pre-Registration link at the bottom of the left side navigation bar.

Parents Pre-Registering Students NEW to the SCCS District:
If you have a student who has never attended a school within the SCCS District and wish to register, please click the link below to create your parent portal and submit the registration form.

Illuminate Pre-Registration

If you are pre-registering and have an address outside of the district boundaries, please go to the District website's parent page or contact the SCCS District Office to discuss inter-district transfers. The pre-registration process cannot be initiated before the transfer is approved.

All Parents:
Please note that your email address will be your username after your account is created. If you have more than one student in the district, you will be able to toggle among them using the "family" icon at the top of the screen.

Remember, all back to school documents will be available in May and MUST be filled out online through the Parent Portal in order for your student(s) to be placed in classes. If you require assistance, please contact your student's school.
